El Inicio
Mi carrera como cineasta comenzó a los 16 años. Aún en la preparatoria, mi primer cortometraje ganó el concurso Juglarias, encendiendo una pasión por contar historias que nunca se ha apagado. Para mí, el cine es la oportunidad de vivir muchas vidas en pocos minutos y conectar con la gente a un nivel fundamental.
The Beginning
My career as a filmmaker began at the age of 16. While still in high school, my first short film won the Juglarias contest, igniting a passion for storytelling that has never faded. For me, film is the opportunity to live many lives in just a few minutes and to connect with people on a fundamental level.
La Dualidad
Paralelamente, mi curiosidad me llevó a formarme en Negocios Internacionales y a desarrollarme como Auditor Interno. Lejos de ser un desvío, esta faceta analítica se convirtió en mi mayor fortaleza como director. Me enseñó a valorar la estructura, la precisión y la ejecución impecable. Aprendí que una gran visión sin una estrategia sólida es solo un sueño.
The Duality
At the same time, my curiosity led me to study International Business and develop a career as an Internal Auditor. Far from being a detour, this analytical facet became my greatest strength as a director. It taught me to value structure, precision, and flawless execution. I learned that a great vision without a solid strategy is just a dream.
La Voz
Mi filmografía es un reflejo de esta filosofía. Mis películas son mi espejo; usan la ficción para explorar temas profundamente personales por los que he atravesado. Son historias sobre la búsqueda de propósito, sobre el crecimiento en la adversidad y sobre la belleza de las altas y bajas de la vida. Mi misión es crear cine que inspire y cuestione.
The Voice
My filmography is a reflection of this philosophy. My films are my mirror; they use fiction to explore deeply personal themes that I have gone through. They are stories about the search for purpose, about growth in adversity, and about the beauty of life’s highs and lows. My mission is to create cinema that inspires and questions.

El hilo conductor de mi cine es la exploración de la mente humana. Me fascina intercalar la realidad con flashbacks y momentos de imaginación. Si un personaje recuerda su pasado, lo muestro. Si imagina un futuro, lo muestro. Es un acto profundamente humano. Mis películas nos recuerdan que, aunque es vital mirar al pasado e imaginar, siempre tenemos que volver al presente y vivir el ahora.
Thematic Signature
The common thread in my filmmaking is the exploration of the human mind. I am fascinated by interweaving reality with flashbacks and moments of imagination. If a character remembers their past, I show it. If they imagine a future, I show it. It is a profoundly human act. My films remind us that, while it is vital to look at the past and imagine, we must always return to the present and live in the now.

Antes del Set: Cero Azar
Mi proceso de dirección comienza mucho antes de gritar ‘acción’. Mi formación como Auditor y Negociador Internacional me enseñó el valor de la planeación meticulosa. Priorizo pulir el guion, crear storyboards detallados y asegurar las locaciones perfectas. Generalmente, mis producciones nacen cuando los recursos adecuados (personas, locación, presupuesto) se alinean.
Before the Set: Nothing Left to Chance
My directing process begins long before calling ‘action’. My background as an Auditor and International Negotiator taught me the value of meticulous planning. I prioritize polishing the script, creating detailed storyboards, and securing the perfect locations. Usually, my productions come to life when the right resources (people, location, budget) align.
En el Set: Disfrutar el Caos
Una vez en el set, con la planeación como nuestra red de seguridad, mi trabajo es resolver los imprevistos (una calle transitada, un cambio de clima) y, sobre todo, dirigir a los actores. Mi objetivo principal en el rodaje es disfrutar de las anécdotas y capturar la magia que nace del momento presente.
On Set: Enjoying the Chaos
Once on set, with planning as our safety net, my job is to solve the unexpected (a busy street, a change in weather) and, above all, direct the actors. My main goal during the shoot is to enjoy the anecdotes and capture the magic that is born from the present moment.
